The meeting between the administration of International European University and Dr. Raul Ramos, the Vice-rector of the University of Barcelona (Vicerector de Política de Internacionalización), was a crucial event for both higher education institutions and was held to discuss cooperation opportunities.
The meeting was focused on primary areas of cooperation that can potentially enhance the academic relationship between the universities. One of the key areas was academic mobility of Management and Tourism students. We are going to create conditions for students of both universities who desire to study abroad to ensure mutual exchange of knowledge, experience and cultural values.

Besides, attendees discussed in detail the cooperation between the IEU academic staff and scientists of the University of Barcelona according to scientific areas.
The meeting also allowed participants to plan the cooperation on developing joint double degree programs.

As a result of the meeting, the parties expressed great interest in the implementation of the planned projects and cooperation. Such initiatives will contribute to improving the quality of education, broadening horizons for students and scientists of the university, as well as developing academic relations.
