Work Team Conference and IEU Report for 2023

The Work Team Conference of International European University took place on January 11, 2024.

Participants listened to the report on University operations by Rector Oleh Padalka.

The Work Team Conference mentioned that within 2023, in the face of war, the University team improved the quality of its work on the implementation of the strategic mission and its educational, scientific, international, cultural and educational components, decently responding to all challenges and enhancing the competitive ability of the University, as well as ensuring its successful functioning and further development.

Listening to and discussing the Rector’s report, attendees approved the following:

• The report on University operations in 2023 by Rector Oleh Padalka was presented and analyzed.
• The work of Oleh Padalka as the Rector from January 1, 2023, till December 31, 2023, was assessed satisfactorily.
• To implement the University Development Strategy in terms of transparency, the Rector’s report was disseminated and discussed at structural units with further implementation of stipulated objectives.

Participants of the Work Team Conference were awarded Certificates of Appreciation by President Alla Navolokina for active professional activities and significant contribution to the development of our University. The University personnel and academic staff who made the greatest contribution to the University development received rewards.

The event introduced a new concept of Admissions Committee operations with the developed joint work mechanism of all structures.
Because we do care of:
- improving the quality and speed of document acceptance;
- using relevant means of communication with the youth;
- improving working conditions for the IEU staff;
- motivating the team to take part in the University development.

The closing speech by Rector Oleh Padalka was accompanied by awarding active participants for high performance and personal contribution to the University development.

Not only do the above-mentioned rewards stress the devotion to science and education, but they also strengthen our community as a team desiring to achieve great goals, keep and increase the high quality of educational services, as well as create an innovative environment.
