We invite everyone to take part in the International Scientific Conference.

‘25th Anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine: National Tradition and European Standards of Constitutionalism’.

The conference will focus on the following issues:

1. Scientific and practical paradigm of constitutionalization of the European integration process.
2. Social and legal standards and democratic values in the contemporary Constitution of Ukraine.
3. Constitutional process in the context of Ukraine’s European integration.
4. Constitutional basics of Ukraine’s economic system development.
5. Constitutional dialogue: affordability and quality of higher education.
6. Role of the Constitution of Ukraine in the establishment of the Ukrainian healthcare system.
7. Constitutional reform of Ukraine’s judicial and law-enforcement authorities.
8. Sociological analysis of relevant issues of modern society.

The future event will bring together young people and scientists, as well as become a traditional platform for discussions between government officials, scientific, educational and public organizations.

The conference aims to bring Ukraine closer to the best European standards of supremacy of law and protection of human rights and freedoms, which is one of the obligations taken on by Ukraine while entering the Council of Europe and one of the requirements for accession to the EU.

Language of the conference: Ukrainian, Russian, English.

An electronic version of the PDF collection will be published on the website of International European University after the conference.

The scientific event will involve research fellows, academic staff, doctoral/Ph.D. students, members of judicial and law-enforcement authorities, state and local government bodies of Ukraine and other countries.
