IEU hosted the training for employees: Off the Record: Etiquette, Intercultural Communication, and Maintaining a Professional Image After the Official Part
Recently, IEU held the internal training on important aspects of professional behavior outside the official framework of events.
Together with expert Albina Tsiatkovska, participants were able to discuss and practice:
how to leave the right impression after business meetings rules of behavior during informal communication: receptions, dinners, informal online conversations particularities of intercultural etiquette: how to speak about Ukraine with dignity and appropriateness in an international environment how to maintain professional contacts after events, avoiding communication mistakes
