Training: Efficient Communication for the Student ParliamentToday, the IEU campus in Malta hosted the useful and inspiring training by Alina Druzhyna: Efficient Communication for the Student Parliament: Leadership, Management, and Fruitful Dialogue.
This event was aimed at helping our students improve their leadership skills, team management, and establishing effective communication within the student self-government.
Participants focused on the following crucial aspects:
• How to efficiently manage communication among team members and establish a constructive dialog.
• Developing leadership skills and confidence in decision making.
• Basics of team management: allocation of roles, motivation, and support.
• How to deal with conflicts and criticism, turning them into useful experience.
The training was held in the format of live communication and interactive exercises, allowing each participant to actively engage in discussions and ask questions.
