The Introduction to POCUS training for active students, interns, and doctors took place recently as part of the cooperation and Memorandum between International European University and ALLM Japanese Corporation.
Participants practiced skills in lung ultrasound examination, the FAST protocol, as well as gained the introduction to sonography of the musculoskeletal system, eye, and sinuses. The training on September 28 showed the record-breaking correlation of ultrasound machines to participants. Twelve medical professionals had access to eight devices, ranging from expert-class machines to affordable portable ones. Participants compared interfaces and image quality of equipment from the USA, China, and Taiwan.
Participation in the training was possible through a voluntary donation. A total of 7,150₴ was raised to support various charitable foundations in Ukraine.
