The "Leadership, Management, and Effective Communication" lecture for the student parliament was a great opportunity to develop essential skills. Participants learned how to effectively manage a team, delegate responsibilities, make decisions, and organize the work of the parliament. Special attention was given to time management, goal setting methods, and reporting—key aspects of successful student governance.

A separate section focused on communication: students practiced structuring their thoughts, presenting arguments, and handling formal business correspondence.
