We are glad to announce that International European University, Karolinsky Institute, and Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine have launched a series of specialized schools as part of the Ukrainian-Swedish project supported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and funded by the Swedish Institute!
The first Specialized School is dedicated to strengthening the healthcare system in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war. Participation in the event is free of charge!
The event took place in the format of lively discussions showing a great interest among participants. Everyone agreed that international cooperation is the key to overcoming the current challenges in the healthcare sector.
Special attention was given to the impact of war on children’s and teenagers’ health. Professor Olesia Hulchii stressed the long-term war consequences for global health and outlined strategies for addressing them. Besides, Professor Yevheniia Burlaka focused on relevant issues of children’s health in the face of war.
