The Department of Management and Economics of European Business School held a remote extended meeting involving the teaching staff, students, university administration and employer stakeholders: Mykhailova D.O. (head of the HR department at System Legal Consulting LLC) and Lukin S.Yu. (director of the Professional Development Center in the Kyiv Region).

The meeting allowed reviewing and discussing a wide range of issues concerning the quality of training and employment of future graduates in 073 Management specialty. The participants shared their thoughts about the content of Management educational program of the first (Bachelor’s) level as well as Management and Business Administration program of the second (Master’s) level, the list and content of educational components and specialized competencies required to train competitive managers on the labor market.

Representatives of employers supported the development of the Department of Management and Economics at International European University and announced their readiness for further cooperation. Besides, they talked about particular skills crucial to graduates, stressed the strong points of educational programs and provided offers of their updating.
The meeting was interesting, fruitful and useful to both lecturers and stakeholders.
