IEU hosted a team building game: Strength in Unity: Overcoming Challenges Together
On May 16, 2025, students of International European University took part in the exciting team building game: Strength in Unity: Overcoming Challenges Together held by the Student Parliament.
The event scenario immersed participants into a real adventure:
Imagine a deserted island where the team was trapped. To survive and escape, players had to join efforts, distribute roles, complete challenging quests, and make strategic team decisions. The game required not only logic but also trust, leadership, mutual support, and efficient communication.
It was not just a quest but the training of true team spirit, making each participant a part of the common success!
Why are we doing this?
To develop soft skills, which are as important as academic knowledge today. The ability to work in a team, quickly adapt to challenges, and make joint decisions are key qualities of a modern professional.
