Representatives of International European University organized and conducted career guidance activities and tactical medicine training for high school students of Universe specialized school No. 118
These events were aimed at helping young people make a reasoned choice in their future profession as well as teaching them basic medical care skills.
University representatives talked about their specialties, learning opportunities and career growth.
Besides, they held the tactical medicine training allowing high school students to learn basics of first aid during injuries. University representatives taught students how to recognize emergency conditions and provide basic assistance in case of emergencies.
Participants were able to practice tourniquet application, wound tamponading and cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills using state-of-the-art simulation dummies.
