A good tradition of the University is the practice of rewarding employees based on the results of their work for the year and encouraging them to further achievements

This year, according to the Regulations on University Awards and Bonuses at International European University, it was decided to reward the academic staff who authored scientific articles published in 2023 in publications indexed in SCOPUS. Authors will receive cash rewards under certificates issued by the administration for each such article affiliated with International European University and included in its institutional profile.

These publications are the contribution of the staff to enhancing the University’s scientific recognition and influence, establishing the University’s image as a scientific institution and improving international rankings.

The University administration appreciates the work of everyone for the development of the University, the implementation of strategic goals and objectives, providing support, applying motivational programs to stimulate professional development, advancement and best fulfillment of employees in educational and scientific sectors, including in the form of financial incentives.
