Today, International European University hosted the practical training in healing wounds for students and lecturers, allowing participants not only to advance their knowledge but also to acquire crucial skills that can be applied in their daily clinical practice.
Participants learned the following:
As part of the integrative course, University lecturers and students worked together to analyze complex concepts: what biofilms are and when it is appropriate to prescribe antibiotics, how to identify a chronic wound, which materials are not compatible with each other, and which of the microelements – Ag, Zn or Cu – is most efficient against MRSA.
Participation of students in such training sessions is not just listening to lectures but active immersion into clinical thinking. They ask deep, adult questions, look for logic in protocols, are interested in contemporary approaches, and are not afraid to doubt outdated practices.
We express our sincere gratitude to the academic staff, organizers, and participants for their engagement, interest, and practical approach to knowledge!
We keep developing medical education at the highest level together.
