On April 4, 2024, representatives of the Student Parliament of International European University took part in the meeting with Mykhailo Vynnytskyi, the Deputy Minister of Education and Science, and Serhii Babak, the Chair of the Committee for Education, Science and Innovations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The meeting was held at the initiative of the Independent National Student Union of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Association of Students.
The University was represented by students Vitalina Sheliuk and Viktoriia Tyshkevych.

Key issues discussed at the meeting:
• modernization of the network of higher education institutions, the rights and opportunities of students in the context of these changes, criteria for merging universities and their autonomy, as well as budget reallocation during this process;
• educational trajectories and student subjectivity;
• crossing the border to study in academic mobility programs;
• a new system of grants and state funding;
• inclusive education;
• funding for dormitories and scholarships for students.

Representatives of the Student Parliament express their gratitude to the administration of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for the meeting and comprehensive answers, stressing the importance of such meetings for the student community.
