On February 13, 2024, International European University hosted the psychological resilience training aimed at developing necessary stress-resistant qualities of education institution employees.
Under the supervision of Anna Petrova, an experienced coach from Masha Fund, participants were able to enhance their psychological stability, improve their mental health and learn how to cope with stress efficiently.
The training program included not only psychological self-regulation skills but also burnout and injury prevention methods to allow the staff function more efficiently in the context of heavy workload.
Attendees found out how to cope with stress and workload in the best possible way as well as how to emotionally support each other at work. They also explored efficient relaxation techniques.
In addition to theoretical knowledge, trainees were able to practice self-help techniques, examine resource activities to overcome crises and discuss how to enjoy a full life in the face of long-term stress.
