IEU hosted a psychological adaptation event for first-year students where they could talk to Anna Kholodnytska, a psychologist and career guidance expert, in an interactive format
Students shared their concerns, asked questions about future planning, the development of communication skills in a new environment, as well as how to cope with anxiety.
