We invite the University staff to attend the psychological resilience training aimed at developing necessary stress-resistant qualities of education institution employees on February 13, 2024, at 2 p.m.
At the invitation of the European Business School, the event will be held by coach Anna Petrova, a psychological coach at Masha Fund, a coach & psychologist in transactional analysis, a member of the National Psychological Association of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Community for Transactional Analysis, a coach in the Self-Help Plus stress management program and first psychological aid.
The psychological resilience training focuses on:
- psychological sustainability;
- stress resistance and improvement of mental state;
- acquisition of important skills to efficiently combat stress, prevent burnout and injuries.
You will find out how to cope with stress and workload in the best possible way as well as how to emotionally support each other at work. You will also learn efficient relaxation techniques.
In addition to theoretical knowledge, you will be able to practice self-help techniques, examine resource activities to overcome crises and discuss how to enjoy a full life in the context of long-term stress.
Spend time on essential support of your mental health and professional self-advancement. Take part in the psychological resilience training and provide yourself with resources to live in the face of long-term stress.
