Associate Professor of the Management, Marketing and Business Administration IEU Department, Olha Panchenko, delivered a guest lecture for students of the Industrial Marketing Department at the Faculty of Management and Marketing of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute on the topic “Professional Identity of a Marketer.”
During the lecture, students learned:• how a marketer’s professional identity is formed;
• key hard and soft skills;
• labor market expectations and current trends;
• practical cases and the role of non-formal education.
The online format did not hinder the lively atmosphere — students actively asked questions and discussed professional challenges.
