Practical lesson at IEU: Business Psychology
International European University hosted an exciting practical lesson on Business Psychology, immersing students into the study of psychological aspects of entrepreneurship and personal development.
The main topic included the understanding how the entrepreneur’s personality affects the success of their business. Students explored their own strengths that can become the foundation for building an efficient business, as well as learned to recognize their own unique advantages and use them to the benefit of teamwork and strategic thinking.
We jointly defined the qualities uniting successful entrepreneurs: courage, flexibility, self-confidence, self-reflection, and empathy.
Besides, attendees analyzed the relationship between all participants in business processes: partners, clients, investors, and the team, founding out how effective communication and understanding of each party’s motivations can change the course of business.
Finally, they discussed an important topic: how to overcome fear and present yourself in a professional environment. Due to practical exercises, students practiced self-presentation, public speaking, and anxiety management skills.
