One has recently published the monograph: Fire Fighting in Ecosystems Involving Special Aviation of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine co-authored by O.V. Nesterenko, the Head of the Department of Information Technology of the European Business School, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor.
His contribution to this paper concerns the methodology of applying technologies to solve multi-criteria decision support tasks for operations related to counteracting and eliminating the development of fire in the ecosystem, in particular, assessing alternative options for the aviation grouping of firefighting aircrafts and determining their rational composition for firefighting.
