In the first week of the academic year, International European University was visited by Roman Derkach, Chief Physician at the Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.After a tour of the campus, the introduction to the European Medical School and the Simulation Training Center, as well as communication with students, participants began an important meeting. They discussed the current needs for trauma and rehabilitation care and the ways of cooperation between our institutions.
The meeting resulted in agreements to initiate cooperation in training medical interns, internships for medical students, joint scientific and educational events, as well as cooperation in enhancing capacities of young scientists and postgraduate students.
