Yesterday, representatives of the IEU Student Parliament took part in the lecture: Leadership, Management, and Efficient Communication. The event became a significant step toward developing leadership skills required for the efficient work of the student self-government.

Participants found out:

how to successfully manage and motivate a team;

how to properly allocate duties and make strategic decisions;

what time management methods allow achieving goals without stress;

how to report on the performed work and organize fruitful meetings.

A separate block was dedicated to communication. Students learned how to express their opinions correctly, argue their own position, and conduct official business correspondence. Efficient communication is the key to success not only in the Student Parliament but also in the future career.

The lecture inspired our students to take active actions and provided them with real tools for implementing new initiatives at IEU!
