The IEU’s Institute of Postgraduate Education started training in additional medical specializations: Healthcare Management and Organization, Dermatology, Psychiatry and Ultrasound Diagnostics.
On March 4, 2024, course trainees listened to an exciting lecture by Kateryna Bulavinova, an infectious disease specialist and a medical expert at the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Ukraine.
During the three-hour lecture, the speaker talked about leadership in the healthcare system. She analyzed the portrait of a leader, what he or she looks like, what is inherent in the leader and how to become the leader using practical cases.
She spoke about team building, psychological and emotional comfort.
