Leadership skills development at International European University
On September 3, 2024, IEU hosted an extremely important training organized by the University administration. It was dedicated to leadership skills development for the staff of all units.
This event was an excellent opportunity for our employees to advance their professional competencies and gain new knowledge to be useful in routine activities.
The speaker was Volodymyr Zubchenko, the Director of the Business School of Science Park of Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv, a certified actuary (British Institute of Actuaries, UK), data scientist, business coach, host, and moderator. His experience and expertise in talent management and development were invaluable for all participants.
Participants were able to:
- Advance their knowledge of modern leadership approaches.
- Learn about efficient team management strategies.
- Develop communication and interaction skills in the team.
- Discuss real-life cases and receive practical tips based on the speaker’s professional experience.
- Exchange and analyze professional experience of the University team.
This training was an important step towards building a strong team able to achieve ambitious goals and adopt innovations in the educational process
