Meeting between dermatovenereology interns and graduate students at the IEU’s Institute of Postgraduate Education
On February 12, 2025, the IEU’s Institute of Postgraduate Education hosted the meeting for graduate students facing the choice of an internship specialty. Dermatovenereology has become one of the most popular areas among future doctors.
First- and second-year interns shared their experience in internship and practical training at the IEU Clinical Alliance, as well as talked about clinical cases, mentor support, and opportunities for rapid professional growth. La Roche-Posay represented by Svitlana Varkholiak focused on a relevant topic: ACNE and skin care. Interns showed advanced knowledge by actively discussing the topic. The meeting was joined online by Svitlana Diachuk, Alina Mantula, and Nataliia Hurkina, Heads of leading dermatological clinics, as well as Denys Silenko from the Department of Dermatovenereology. Representatives of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Continuous Professional Development told students about the new 2025 internship admission rules.The meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere and ended with a joint photo and informal communication. All participants received gifts from La Roche-Posay.
