International European University is taking an active part in WHO projects in Ukraine. On June 26-27, 2024, at the workshop on expanding national capacities and building the potential for providing services by health professionals along the frontline, including primary healthcare services, Arkadii Vodianyk and Stela Heorhita, event organizers from the WHO Office in Ukraine, opened the session by presenting WHO regional strategies for human resource development and analysis of the healthcare labor market in Ukraine: conclusions and recommendations.

The session of the second day was opened by Fedir Lapii, the Chair of the National Technical Group of Experts on Immunization, with a lecture on critical thinking in clinical medicine. IEU representatives gained valuable experience that will help our lecturers to gather as a working group and revise the medical curriculum. We thank WHO for the organization and excellent group facilitation.
