Vitaliy Zakharchuk, a student of the International European University and Head of the Ukrainian office of Outright International, served as a keynote speaker at the session “Moving the Needle: Humanitarian Inclusion, Legal Reform, and Visibility” during the international forum OUTSummit 2025.
In his address, he presented the experience of Outright’s team in Ukraine in implementing an inclusive humanitarian response for the LGBTIQ community amid the full-scale war. Vitaliy spoke about the organization’s achievements in the field of human rights protection and emphasized the importance of strengthening inclusion and legal reforms at the global level of humanitarian aid.His speech received positive feedback from participants and became an important contribution to the international discussion on the development of humanitarian policies focused on equality and visibility for all groups of the population.
