Our common goal: development and advancement!

On August 1, 2024, the European Business School held an important training dedicated to the introduction of the administration to the academic staff. The topic of the training: University Development Strategy for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.

Lecturers were able to analyze their strengths, determine key values and advance positive thinking skills. One of the main parts of the training was the SMART goal setting technique allowing all participants to clearly define their ambitions and future plans.

We also conducted the SWOT analysis of our University’s education system in order to find out our strengths and weaknesses as well as potential opportunities and threats.

On August 2, 2024, Tetiana Buturlym, the Director of the European Business School, held an online meeting with students. The meeting was a perfect opportunity for an open dialogue between the administration and student community.

The system of psychological exercises used during the meeting helped attendees understand themselves better and develop individual development trajectories. It is a significant step towards designing a conscious approach to learning and self-development.
