An extremely interesting conference on human-centered design in public services supported by the Government of Canada and UNICEF took place on June 27, 2024.
The event was attended by representatives of International European University: Svitlana Doan, the Vice-Rector for Educational and Scientific Work and Postgraduate Education, and Nataliia Nechyporenko, the Head of the Department of Dermatology with a Course in HIV/AIDS, Dermatosurgery and Aesthetic Medicine.
The conference was dedicated to benefits of adopting human-centered design in public services, including healthcare. Participants discussed how to transform public services, making them more responsive to the needs of society, particularly the most vulnerable population groups.
It is hard to overestimate this approach to organizing activities, the team and the institution. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn, communicate and meet people making our world a better place. We are going to introduce valuable improvements for our University based on the new experience
