IEU Prepares to Launch International Academic Mobility Program for European Business School Students
Yesterday, the International European University held an introductory meeting for the coordinators of the upcoming international academic mobility program for students of the European Business School.
During the meeting, participants discussed key organizational issues, program implementation stages, coordination between departments, and the role of program coordinators in ensuring effective student support throughout the mobility period.
🌍 Integration of the Adizes International Leadership Course
For the first time, the mobility program integrates the Adizes Leadership Development Course — an international academic course on leadership and change management developed by the Adizes Institute (USA).
The course is based on the globally recognized Adizes Methodology, which is widely used by leading universities and corporations to develop effective leadership, teamwork, and strategic thinking.
Thanks to the Letter of Agreement signed between IEU and the Adizes Institute, our university has become a Founding Member of the Adizes Academic Association. This gives IEU students a unique opportunity to access the course free of charge and receive an internationally recognized certificate upon successful completion.
📚 About the Course
The Adizes Leadership Development Course consists of six segments (76 academic hours) covering the following key areas:
The DNA of Organizations – organizational change and diagnostics
Leadership Styles – team interaction and leadership profiles
Leading Leaders – managing complementary leadership styles and constructive conflict
Decision Implementation – mastering Adizes’ eight-step decision-making process
The Formula for Success & Predicting Future Problems – strategic foresight and organizational adaptability
The course aims to develop students’ systemic thinking, emotional intelligence, strategic decision-making, and leadership skills in uncertain environments.
🤝 Strategic International Development
Integrating the Adizes course into the mobility program supports IEU’s strategic commitment to internationalization of education, development of global competencies, and strengthening the practical component of the European Business School’s academic programs.
“Our students will not only study abroad at partner institutions but will also gain leadership skills that are in high demand worldwide. This is a clear example of how international cooperation opens new horizons for developing young leaders,” — emphasized Oleh Padalka, Rector of IEU.
📌 Background:
The International European University is a Founding Member of the Adizes Academic Association and will implement the Adizes Leadership Development Course starting from the 2025–2026 academic year.
