International European University joins Adizes Institute Worldwide (USA)
IEU has officially become a Founding Member of the Adizes Academic Association — an international educational association established by Adizes Institute Worldwide (USA) that unites leading universities around the world to promote leadership development and organizational transformation based on the Adizes methodology.
As part of the cooperation, IEU will participate in the implementation of the Adizes Leadership Development Course, developed by Dr. Ichak Adizes, one of the world’s most renowned experts in change management.
The cooperation terms include:– free participation of IEU as a Founding Member of the Adizes Academic Association;
– free access for IEU students to the Adizes Leadership Development online course;
– training for course curators (faculty facilitators) at the Adizes Institute;
– annual participation of IEU students in the leadership course;
– joint coordination of logistics, promotion, and reporting regarding student participation;
– participation of IEU representatives in international events, workshops, and association conferences.
