On March 26, 2024, International European University hosted the training for teachers of Kotsiubynskyi Lyceum No. 1 on the topic: Communication: a Requirement of the Time or a Fashion Trend?
👨🏫Speaker: Kostiantyn Balashov, the Director of the IEU’s European Medical School.
During the lecture part, trainees:
- learned about communication objectives and capacities in Ukraine;
- found out how to understand their audience and efficiently present information;
- discovered what not to do when communicating and how to be prepared for uncomfortable questions.

💼 During the practical part, attendees examined the problem of introducing electronic documents at the lyceum. They were divided into 4 groups representing different stakeholders – administration, teachers, parents and students – and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the suggested project💡
