International European University became a scientific co-organizer of the 31st Vilnius International Conference – School of Paediatric Pulmonology and Allergology with the TV link-up and broadcasting in Ukraine, Lithuania, Georgia and Moldova.

Vice-rector for educational and scientific work and post-graduate education of IEU, professor Svitlana Doan was the moderator of the conference.

The above-mentioned event has been held annually since 1996. It is aimed at uniting different generations of Eastern European doctors taking care of children.

The conference involved well-known professors and scientists, in particular:
📍Andrew Bush, Professor of paediatrics and paediatric respirology at Imperial College, consultant of the paediatric department at Royal Brompton Hospital and Harefield NHS Foundation;
📍Bruce Rubin, Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, Jessie Ball duPont Distinguished Professor of Pediatrics, Medical Director of Children’s Hospital of Richmond;
📍Jean Bousquet, Professor at Charité Clinical Center, Humboldt University of Berlin, Berlin Institute of Health.
