🏛️ IEU, as a Member of AACSB, Participated in a Global Event on Digital Transformation in Accreditation and Faculty Management

International European University, as a proud member of AACSB International — the world’s leading association of business schools, took part in the event “How can business schools uphold high accreditation and academic compliance standards, and ensure efficient faculty annual review and P&T practices – all without overwhelming their faculty and staff?”.

The session focused on current challenges faced by business schools in maintaining high accreditation and academic compliance standards while implementing effective faculty annual review and promotion & tenure processes.

Participants had the opportunity to explore the inspiring experience of the McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia (USA), which underwent a comprehensive five-year digital transformation — moving from paper binders to a fully digital and integrated system.

The University shared innovative solutions that helped to:

streamline accreditation reporting processes;

retain valuable appraisal procedures while increasing operational efficiency;

implement new resource request workflows across the entire unit.
