The 40th anniversary Congress of the European Association of Urologists (EAU25) held on March 21-24, 2025, in Madrid became the world’s major event, bringing together more than 18,000 urologists from all over the world to discuss the most relevant industry issues!
Ukraine was represented by over 50 delegates, including Mykhailo Kryshtopa, Professor at the Department of Urology and Andrology of International European University. He spoke as an EAU expert on prostate diseases and once again demonstrated the high scientific level of Ukrainian urology on the international stage.
EAU25 focused on the following aspects:
Presentation of new clinical research, including the results of AURORAX-0087A, a promising biomarker for patient monitoring. Urge to Act campaign: combating urinary incontinence that affects more than 50 million people in Europe.Complications after surgeries: the hidden pandemic requiring attention at all levels. Powerful educational program: courses by the European School of Urology, trainings, and workshops for young professionals.Focus on patient-centered urology and personalized treatment solutions. International partnership: exchange of experience, common approaches to diagnostics and therapy.IEU is proud of our scientists being a part of the global professional community that creates the future of urology! The next meeting will take place in London - EAU26.
