International Holocaust Remembrance Day
On January 27, the world commemorates the victims of the Holocaust, a tragedy that took away millions of innocent lives.
Today, the delegation of International European University led by Rector Oleh Padalka visited the Babyn Yar National Historical and Memorial Reserve. Members of the delegation also included other representatives of the Administration and the Student Parliament. They laid flowers at the monument to the victims, paying tribute to those who died in that terrible time.
We believe that preserving the memory of the Holocaust educates new generations in the spirit of humanity, tolerance, and mutual respect.
