Happy Constitution Day of Ukraine!
On June 28, 1996, the Fundamental Law of Ukraine was adopted — a cornerstone for an independent, democratic, and rule-of-law state. The Constitution of Ukraine is not just a legal document, but a symbol of our statehood, freedom, and dignity.
It guarantees the fundamental rights and freedoms of every citizen, defines the direction of the country’s development, and affirms that power belongs to the people.
Today, as Ukrainians continue to defend their right to live in a free country, the meaning of the Constitution becomes even deeper. It is our shared agreement on justice, equality, freedom, and responsibility.
At the International European University, we are raising a generation that respects the law, understands the value of democracy, and is ready to build a strong and just state.
Congratulations on this important day! May the Constitution of Ukraine continue to be the firm foundation of a fair, united, and resilient society
