Educational meeting of IEU interns: discussing preparation for Krok 3 and access to modern educational resources
On March 20, 2025, the IEU’s Education and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education and Continuous Professional Development held an offline meeting with interns to discuss current issues of training and preparation for the Krok 3 Licensing Exam.Participants shared their experience in undergoing the internship, focusing on its benefits, challenges, and opportunities for better training. Special attention was paid to enhancing the quality of studies and efficient preparation for the certification exam, which is a crucial stage of professional growth for future doctors.
The meeting presented cutting-edge educational platforms that can substantially improve the learning process. In particular, attendees explored Boards & Beyond, a resource containing structured video lectures and interactive quizzes on basic medical disciplines. This tool allows users to get high-quality content and efficiently learn the material.
Another important aspect was the possibility of using AccessMedicine, a large electronic library that offers access to the world’s leading medical textbooks and additional educational materials. Access to these resources allows interns to advance their knowledge, develop clinical thinking, and better prepare for professional activities.
The meeting was held in a constructive atmosphere. The discussed matters and obtained recommendations will improve the internship educational process and increase the quality of training of future health professionals.
