The University is expanding a range of support of honorary figures worldwide.
The Council for International European University Development was joined by Dr. Carlos Garcia Rosas, the founder and member of the Mexican Academy of Emergency Medicine (Mexico City, Mexico)
Besides, Mr. Carlos is the author of the Emergency Medicine Handbook where he suggests a method for assessing hospitalized patients in emergencies.
