Rostyslav Valikhnovskyi is a surgeon of the highest category, Honorary Doctor of Ukraine, PhD in Medicine, Deputy Head of the Department of the Affairs of the President of Ukraine (2008-2010), Advisor to the Minister of Emergencies of Ukraine, Head of the Department of Emergency Medical Care of Ukraine and the 112 Department of the Ministry of Emergency of Ukraine (2010-2012), since 2005 - a personal doctor of President Viktor Yushchenko.
