New opportunities for students of the European Business SchoolLast week, BonVoyage! Travel Agency represented by Director Andrii Fesiun signed a Cooperation Agreement with the European Business School represented by Director Roman Halenin. The agreement is aimed at enhancing relations between business and the University, improving communications, and jointly meeting the current challenges.
Tourism means not just traveling but an entire industry covering a wide range of leisure and entertainment services. It occupies an important niche in the global economy, affecting economies of countries, creating jobs, and promoting cultural exchange.
Just imagine: large hotel enterprises, diverse transportation (land, sea, and air), the food industry, entertainment, sports, wellness services, educational and business locations – all of these are a part of the tourism industry. And how many people are involved in this process! Tour guides, interpreters, and other specialists play a crucial role in creating incredible experience for travelers.
Therefore, tourism professionals should be proficient in foreign languages as well as the history and culture of different nations worldwide. It allows them not only to communicate efficiently with tourists but also to better understand their needs and preferences.
